End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Applicability

This EULA applies only to any CoverageGrid software that is distributed for download or installation (if offered). Web access to CoverageGrid is governed by the Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

CoverageGrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such software for internal business purposes.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the software, reports, and methodology remain the property of CoverageGrid.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• •Reverse engineer the software
• •Extract data for competitive use
• •Share access credentials

5. Termination

CoverageGrid may suspend or terminate access for violation of this agreement.
